Traditionally inspired Vietnamese vermicelli bowl, also called Bun. Rice vermicelli noodles are topped with mixed greens, herbs, cucumber, jalapenoes, pickled carrots and daikon and orange-ginger marinated USDA choice steak. Served with a sweet and sour fish sauce dressing, sambal chili paste, and sate chili sauce.

Nothing bad to say here except that we had too much today! Traffic seemed light after the big rush and I bet we hit 1/2 - 2/3rds of our #s. Had a lot of noodles and way too much carrots & daiko & papaya salad, We had 3 full trays of each and they were packed and we needed 3 1/2 trays. We could have cut the noodles in half too.
