I did my usual test which was the eat the sushi and then wait to see if it would mortally poison me. Not only did I feel fine after eating, it was delicious! It arrived cold, which is my biggest pet peeve with delivery sushi, and tasted great.

It had obviously been refrigerated for a while and was gluggy. I wouldn't girder this again.
