Description

King salmon sashimi, Seattle roll, California Chumaki and a soba noodle salad with yuzu miso vinaigrette. Yuzu is a Japanese citrus that goes really well with soba noodles. Served with soy sauce, pickled ginger and wasabi.

Great rolls and filling. Have extra soy sauce on hand. The soba noodles were a great side salad that had a light and refreshing citrus flavor.

Prefer not to have lettuce with the noodles. Sushi was fresh and tasted great. Ingredients didn't list mayo and I believe one roll had mayo in it (have an egg sensitivity).

I was a little hesitant to order sushi through delivery as I am pretty sensitive to fishiness, but this was some of the freshest fish I have ever had. The sashimi had amazing flavor and texture. I also thought it was actually a really good value for how much sushi there is--the rolls are BIG.

The sashimi and salad were great, but the salmon in the salmon roll still had some scale on it and was very tough. I've ordered this meal before and it has been great, so maybe it was just an off day or something.
