Chef Jenn has been a chef and caterer in the Seattle area for over 20 years. Inspired by her grandmother’s southern kitchen, she continues to honor those roots with dishes that remain staples on her menus.
Tender chicken simmered in a rich, house-made teriyaki glaze with gluten-free soy sauce, ginger, sesame, and a hint of sweetness. Served with rice and ginger slaw.
