Chef Jenn has been a chef and caterer in the Seattle area for over 20 years. Inspired by her grandmother’s southern kitchen, she continues to honor those roots with dishes that remain staples on her menus.
Thinly sliced ribeye beef, marinated and stir-fried in our signature gluten-free teriyaki sauce made with ginger, garlic, and sesame. Served with rice and ginger slaw.
