This is a classic Texas chili. There is no room for beans in this meaty dish. Texas chili focuses on using rich beef, thick tomatoes, and plenty of spices. This hearty meal is served alongside homemade, spicy, buttermilk cornbread. This dinner is perfect for warming up your chilly night or fueling yourself up to cheer for your favorite team.
Chili (beef, tomato, beer, onion, jalapeno, garlic, worcestershire sauce (vinegar, molasses, corn syrup, salt, caramel color, sugar, anchovies, wheat-free soy, tamarind, spices), mustard, olive oil, cumin, chili powder, paprika, oregano, red pepper flakes), cornbread (cornmeal, flour, jalapeno, butter, buttermilk, egg, baking soda, baking powder), salad (arugula, carrots, tomatoes), dijon vinaigrette (vinegar, vegetable oil, dijon, sugar), sour cream, onions, cheddar cheese, honey, butter
Delicious!
Great size meal but the cornbread was dry and needed more jalapeño.
