Description

Tofu is marinated in my homemade special sauce of lemongrass, mint, red onion, and crispy rice powder, and served with a side of fresh vegetables and coconut rice. A refreshing and savory dish!

Ingredients

tofu (tofu, soy sauce, sugar, brown sugar, and lime juice), lemongrass, red onion, lime juice, sugar, rice crispy powder, dried chilies, mint, wraps and garnishes (cucumber, cabbage, red bell pepper, lettuce), coconut rice (jasmine rice, coconut milk, salt)

Good clean food! Good portions on all the meat. Salad we have about 2 full trays left over. Was really yummy!
