Description

Create your own custom Lebanese grain bowl for a healthy and flavorful meal! Start with a base of farro or red quinoa (or both!), then top with spiced tofu shawarma, crunchy romaine, assorted fresh vegetables, pickled red onions, crispy sumac chickpeas, and finish with a sprinkle of pepitas! Drizzle with your choice of house-made tahini Caesar or lemon mint vinaigrette.
