Handmade Paccheri Pasta with traditional bolognese ragu. Ground pork and ground beef slowly simmered in a tomato sauce flavored with red and white wine, topped with Parmigiano Reggiano cheese. Served with a mixed greens salad with balsamic vinaigrette.
