These garden vegetable tamales have the traditional masa dough, the vegan filling is made with spinach, mushrooms, onions, zucchini, jalapeños, carrots. Served with Mexican rice and refried beans, and topped with sour cream and green roasted tomatillo salsa. You're gonna love them!

  • ⓞ Oven 350F, 10-14 min
  • ⓜ Microwave 2-3 min
  • Sprinkle 1tbsp water over rice, 2 tbsp over tamales
  • Heat covered, leave tamales wrapped
  • Do not heat sour cream or salsa
