These garden vegetable tamales have traditional masa dough filled with spinach, mushrooms, onions, zucchini, jalapeños, and carrots. Served with refried beans, cactus salad, sour cream, and avocado salsa. You're gonna love them!

  • ⓞ Oven 350F, 10-14 min
  • ⓜ Microwave 2-3 min
  • Sprinkle 1tbsp water over rice, 2 tbsp over tamales
  • Heat covered, leave tamales wrapped
  • Do not heat sour cream or salsa

The tamales were really good - The cauliflower salad was well received but I might suggest a slightly smaller pieces and a little more marinade....

really liked the cauliflower salad, felt like a strange combination with the tamales/tortillas though
