Wild mushrooms & spinach cannelloni, a traditional stuffed pasta filled with cheese and baked in a rich bechamel sauce. Served with seasonal fresh vegetables.
cannelloni (mixed wild mushrooms, spinach, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, onion, pasta, parmesan, milk, flour), potatoes (potato, onion, herbs, salt, pepper), vegetables (seasonal vegetables, olive oil, salt, pepper)
the potatoes were very soggy but otherwise this meal was good!

Pretty good. The pasta was great. Was a little under seasoned for my taste.
Tasty. Beware, it is very reach and for that reason, I could only eat half. Great side of vegetables, roasted and not just broccoli like many of the other dishes.
Fresh steamed veggies, with a yummy rich and cheesy dish. Can't go wrong with pasta, cheese, spinach and mushrooms!

I ate this for dinner and for lunch. The fantasy is about what an amazing breakfast it would make.
Pretty darn good. A little on the salty side since trying to eat healthier would have preferred to have lighter on the sodium and I could adjust as needed. Mash potatoes were perfect.

The veggies were perfect. The Cannelloni could use some seasoning, it's pretty bland.
Was too bland for me.
Not enough mushrooms. Too much spinich. Veggies very good.
