This vegetarian yellow curry is to die for! Tofu is mixed with potatoes and carrots in a delicious Thai yellow curry soup with steamed rice. Healthy can be delicious too!

curry was great! there was sticky rice in place of the naan, and the stick rice was way too sticky
Amazing flavor but I would have loved more then a few pieces of carrots!
This was delicious! But I agree that it needs a protein to balance all the carbs - with only 6 thin slices of carrot, it was a bowl of potatoes, with bread. Luckily I had a piece of leftover steak to eat with it, but would love if it came with chicken, the way it frequently does in Thai restaurants.
I enjoyed this dish. Is it possible to add some protein to it - salmon, chicken, tofu? The naan was perfect for dipping into the sauce.
This is so good! Tasted just like I thought it might! Perfect spice level and the naan it came with was delicious as well!

I didn't know there was naan to go with it. The sticky rice was a bit too sticky, so it was hard to serve (required one person to hold the tray while the other pulled out a serving). The curry had a nice flavor. Were those just bagged prepped carrots?
